Whenever LITB receives an order from buyers like you, the supplier is notified via the seller center.

The suppliers have to deliver products to LightInTheBox’s warehouses based on the order details.

Upon receiving the product(s) from suppliers, LightInTheBox handles everything from shipping and delivery to returns and refunds, customer service, cancellation, amendments, and everything else.

After an order is successfully completed, suppliers receive payment according to the settlement date and account period.
