- Simply sign in to your LightInTheBox account.
- Click on “My Orders” from the right top corner in your account section.
- In that section, each of your orders will have a “Customer Service” option, and by clicking on it, you will have various help options depending on the status of your order.
- Click on your preferred help options, in my case “Reward Issue.”
- Write a detailed message, enter your name, email address, phone number, select your country, and click on “Next.”
- After that, click on “Confirm and Submit.”
That’s it!
Your ticket will be submitted, now just wait for the response from their customer support.
You can keep track of your submitted tickets by visiting “My Tickets” from your account.
If your order is cancelled, you will have the following help options:
- Rewards issue
- Check refund progress
If your order status is shipped, you will have the following help options:
- Custom duty issue
- Package not received
- Rewards issue
- Return or exchange
If your order status is not shipped, you will have the following help options:
- Rewards issue
- Change order
- Check your order progress
- Change shipping address
- Cancel this order
If your order status is pending, you will have the following help options:

By clicking on your preferred help option given according to your order status, you can submit a ticket.
But what to do if you have a pre-sale or other inquiry before placing an order?
In this case, follow these steps:
- Logged in to your account click on this link “Submit Ticket for Pre-Sale/Other Issue.”
- By clicking on the above link, you will be directed to Submit a Ticket page. On that page, select your country, write your inquiry, and click on “Next.”
- Click on “Confirm and Submit” and your inquiry will be submitted.
Now you will have to wait for a response from LightInTheBox customer service.
You can keep track of your submitted inquiries by visiting “My Inquiries” from your account.
What If I Can’t Find My Order?
Though it is very rare, there are possibilities that you may place orders on LightInTheBox but can’t find them in the “My Orders” sections.
