Zolucky sells women’s clothing at prices that seem too good to be true which is why you may be wondering:
- Is it actually legit or am I going to get scammed?
- Should I buy from Zolucky?
- How are they able to offer products at ridiculously low prices?
By the end of this article, all of your confusion will be cleared up regarding Zolucky’s legitimacy.
Let’s dive right in.
Is Zolucky Legit?
Zolucky is not entirely legit. While it is true that they do deliver products to their customers, the products they send differ from what they advertise on their website.
Zolucky displays beautiful product’s pictures on its website in which the items appear to be of high quality, but what they actually deliver to its customers is very different.
The items they send are of cheap quality and do not match what they advertise.
And when you request for a return, it is nearly impossible.
Here’s why:
To return the item(s) for a refund or size exchange, you will need to reach out to their customer support first and explain the return reason along with your order number.
After submitting a return request, you will have to wait until you get a return authorization and a return address.
While Zolucky claims to give authorization and a return address within 48 hours, they might take longer to reach back to you.
Once they get back to you, they will either accept or reject your return request.
But, here’s what makes returning the item(s) almost impossible:
Even if Zolucky accepts your return request, you will have to return the item(s) to China which would cost you a lot – often more than the products themselves since the buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
As a result, you will have no other option than to keep the item(s) as received regardless of their condition and whether or not they fit you properly.
While it is true that they stated in their return policy that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee, they did not specify that the item(s) need to be returned to China in case of returns.
Zolucky knows that buyers are less likely to purchase from them if they know that returns must be sent to China.
And they also know that due to their false advertisements, buyers will definitely ask for returns upon receiving their orders.
But, Zolucky plays very smartly with its customers.
As soon as someone requests a return, Zolucky informs them that they will have to return the item(s) to China with an offer of 15% refund for keeping the products.
Zolucky knows that the buyer will have no other choice than to keep the products and get a small percentage of the refund since returning the item(s) would be extremely costly for him/her.
I am pretty sure that they are using all these misleading tactics intentionally.
How do I know?
Well, Zolucky has received thousands of complaints and most of them are about not informing customers that returns must be sent to China.
And despite receiving so many complaints, they still haven’t disclosed in their return policy that returns must be sent to China.
In addition to that, the reviews posted on their products are also fake.
Zolucky makes it seem like the reviews on its products are posted by real customers to attract new buyers but they are planted by themselves.
How do I know the reviews are fake?
Because there is no option for the actual buyers to leave a review.
This proves that Zolucky is using all these misleading tactics purposefully.
Hence, Zolucky is not completely legit due to its false advertisement, misleading return policy, and fake product reviews.
So, Should You Buy From Zolucky?
Absolutely not!
Do not fall for their low prices, you will not get what you order and you won’t be able to return the item(s).
Furthermore, please be aware that Zolucky takes so long to deliver.
It typically takes 4 to 6 weeks to deliver products to most countries.
So taking all the discussed factors into consideration, I highly recommend you to AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM ZOLUCKY.
